I'm generally a little suspicious of "reconditioned" items, but this drill arrived in near-new condition. The only evidence of prior ownership is a small scratch on the housing.
Setting aside the reconditioned nature, this drill is excellent. It's got real heft and power, without being overly bulky or heavy. Lots of versatility with the two speed settings and second grip.
